  meditation called “Reconnecting with the Sacred Sun Energies”. If

 with you at the meditation. One White candle to represent the Lord and
  Lady, One Yellow candle to represent the Sun and a personal candle. T

 anointing oil (even if it is just olive oil or baby oil) and some ince
