That is the highlight of the event; sh aring with others in a comfortable village atmosphere.\n\nThe festival will include a Yule ritual, healing circle, sweat lodge, nightly drum circles, workshops, and entertainment and activities for the entire f amily.\n\nBelow are a few of the new workshops planned for this year†™s YuleFest. More will be added as they are suggested by the community .\n\nStorytelling and the Tarot: Learn fantastic techniques for uneart hing the stories beneath the cards and relating those stories in a cle ar and effective manner. This is a Tarot class AND a creative writing class, so bring your favorite Tarot and/or Oracle Deck, a notebook, an d a comfy pen. If you forget your deck, don't worry - Gina will have p lenty on hand.\n\nSpiral Magick – The Workshop: The Spiral is a symb ol of rebirth and power. Working through the spiral allows you to be m ore specific and add power at each turn of the spiral to your spellcra fting. Through this workshop you will learn to utilize the power of th e spiral, and be more specific when casting.\n\nTarot - Meditation and Mediation: Experience a powerful guided meditation into a single Taro t card. We will follow with discussion of various techniques of medita tion and mediation or path working between cards. Bring something comf y to sit in or relax upon for the meditation.\n\nTo Degree or not to D egree: 1st degree, 2nd and 3rd…What does each level mean or represen t? Do you have to get a degree to be a “witch”? Where did this deg ree system come from? In this workshop we will be discussing the histo ry of this system, what each degree means, and why this is such a spir itual and personal choice for each individual.\n\nCrafting Ornaments w ith Stained Glass Paint: We will create beautiful ornaments that you m ay take home to decorate your Yule tree.\n\nBrewing and Distilling Bee r, Mead, Wine, Cider and Cordials: A round table discussion on procedu res, ingredients, time and cost requirements, as well as legal aspects .\n\nPaganomics: A discussion that will include practical methods to i mprove one’s prosperity magick.\n\nHow to Make Butterscotch Liquor: An easy to follow demonstration on creating this tasty and seductive l iquor. Sampling be included.\n\nAll of this with plenty of shady campi ng areas, lots of running room for excited children, a garden circle, fire circle and even an onsite cafĂ©. Oh, and did we mention the full bathhouse including private showers, real toilets, hot water and even wheelchair facilities?\n\nRegister early and it is only $30 for the fu ll event. This includes all workshops and activities and on site campi ng. Youths 11-17 years old are only $10 for all 4 days. Children 10 an d younger are free.\n\nAll World Acres is a not for profit sanctuary t hat has been in service to the community since 2000. The ritual areas at AWA have seen rituals for every season and reason.
