The Obama White House is abuzz with talk of witchcraft by first grandmother, 72-year-old Marian Robinson, who lives in the White House residence. A close friend of Michelle Obama says the president is furious at his mother-in-law after learning that she was practicing Santeria, an African spirit cult, in the White House.

Update: Thank You everyone....This story was spiked because so many people argued for proof. It is the beginning of the push back. I am grateful and thankful for this, and everyone who pushed on this.

If this really happened and isn't just tabloid propaganda then I am sorry I voted for that man. I don't care what religion anyone is, each of us is protected to practice it! As long as we're not hurting another human being they shouldn't complain. I'm an animal activist, but as long as they humanely (quick and as painless as possible) kill these chickens, and use the remains, then I have no right to put my nose in their business. I am disappointed in Obama's reaction and the comments left on the article itself.

Well if he is a Christian then you know he threw a fit. Say this is true and there is a blatant refusal of freedom of religion this could end up being something huge. I haven't seen it on the news yet.

He isn't a Christian, He's Islamic...It is a very well known fact and have Islamic ties in the Islamic Countries..

Actually, Obama is a Atheist. He does not believe in God really at all. A great many people are atheists now, and that includes my son. Atheists are the fastest growing trend in America, and it makes for better government.

Agreed, it may not be legitimate but it is spreading like wildfire. It's just another example of contempt, for the President as a man of color, and that Black People are different from White Americans. It's not true they are, but this is the message they are getting across. Every possible smear, and in that process, Witches and minority religions are a discrediting factor.

Whether it is true or not, I doubt the white house press secretary would let it out if the President went off the deep end about it when he directly encouraged americans to exercise their rights to prevent losing them. I don't think they would want to show their president as a hypocrite. Seems like it is hype to me.
