Anyone in Connecticut who can perfom a hand fasting?

Hi :]
Me and my fiancee want to get hand fasted October 27th 2012
I'm going to contact the Unitarian universalist church near me but I would prefer to try and find
a priestess or priest who can legally marry us.

Any feedback would be nice!

whereabouts in CT? I'm ordained through ULC, but I would have to check with the state laws about how to register. I live in Putnam, which is on the mass/rhode island border.

I live near Norwich, about 30-40 minutes from Misquamicut beach.

I know where Norwich is-I live in Putnam, which isn't too too far :)
