Astral Travel

I have been reading alot of book on Astral Travel. One Author is D J Conway. I have also read alot in the Witch School Books. I believe that I astral in my sleep , but no luck yet trying awake. Any idea on other methods to try

Use the search fucntion. I made a thread regarding astral travel and my experiece as i began trying to conciously do it. I didn't get far because once i entered college i would be too tired and just fall asleep every time, but it might help.

Glad you responded to this one because the only thing I could think was look for Drakills discussion on it or ask him.
From memory that thread ended up with alot of information and your personal experiences, I think it would be a great source for advice!

What I have found that does help is to know some that has done Astral Travel. The friend that I know did astral travel when they were very young but did not know what is was. They have been helping myself. It seems like the hard I try the harder it gets. That is why I posted to if I can get more help

I was succesfull only once. But i panicked and fleed back to my body :/
It's actually rather simple, just dificult. Right before you fall asleep, just get up. It works...

I have a friend that can Astral Travel at will. I have never seen anything like it. When she was a young child she was able to have out of the body but she did not know what it was
