Can't get into chat.

Hello,
I just wanted to know If anyone else is having problems getting connected with the new chat? When I log on it says I'm disconnected and I can't connect. Just wondering how to fix it. Thank you.

did you log out of chat. If you look at the bottom of the page, right hand side you will see a gear. click on that and make sure you are connected to chat.
