Confused on satan worship

Ok. Here's what happened.... I have known this guy for about a year (as a passer-by friend)- We shall call this guy... "Chris." Chris is not his real name, nor would I use it. I am at my college campus, waiting for choir to start, and I see Chris waiting to go to band. I noticed that he was wearing an upside-down pentagram and asked him why. He showed me a business card and it said "Church of Satan." He told me to look it up....I did....and cleansed my computer as soon as I was done. I DO NOT agree with his choice of beliefs. I usually don't judge people but in this case I feel I must. Chris was kicked out of a band (rock) I was in for hitting on the lead guitarist's girlfriend. He is creepy in a smarmy kind of way and always has been. He reminds me of Gollum from "Lord of the Rings." As we were talking today, I quickly understood that he was trying to scare me and recruit me at the same time. I swear...the weirdest crap always happens to me. My question is....Am I judging this person too harshly? I don't want to be around him now. Especially now that I know why he is creepy. Satan worship goes a long, long, long way to prove someone's "creepiness" level. I am not of the "left handed" path, nor will I ever be. Some knowledge, wisdom, and advice would be great here. Chris' problem is not his Satanism. Chris' problem is with his own past.

Please don't try to fix him. Only he can fix himself.

Repeat this mantra to Chris' "Whatever you say Chris. Whatever." Then go your own way. He, he, he.

I have decided. I will use this opportunity to better understand another religion. One rarely runs into such a dilemma without a lesson to be learned. I have some questions for him about his path. If he was brave enough to show me a business card (again...wow) then I guess he can share some tidbits about what he believes in. I am currently charging several items by the light of Mother's Full Moon. I shall make sure that I have something on me at all times just in case he decides to get....grumpy. I am forever surprised and humbled by the wonderful, well written, informed, heartfelt, and varied responses that I get from the great people here on this site. Happy Full Moon Mara-poo......also, you could get a copy of Anton LaVey's Black Bible and read up on the religion. Its not all bad and reading the book wont bring you any bad ju-ju......I am charging some full moon water to drink in the morning.....cheers!!!!! Blessed Be!!!!
