I declare an official pig-out day...

Just to make you lot salivate a bit...

I went to the butchers and found some nice hammocks. As always this old fashioned cut of meat wasn't expensive, so I bought about 5 kilos of them for 10 euros. I'm gonna use 2 of them today, and the other 4 will go into the freezer.

so... I officially declare the 6th of January 2012 a pig-out day... to go with the roasted hammocks, I'm gonna make some sauerkraut mashed potatoes and some killer gravy... but first. the roast... now... where's the sea salt, the garlic, caraway seed, the Dijon mustard and the dry sherry.... ... ...
