Intolerance makes me really GRRR!

I have two bumper stickers on my car, one says "Pagan&Proud" and the other "Tree hugging dirt worshiper"...NOT offensive. And I walk out of my local health food store (which is across from a church) and THIS is on my window...no other car on the road had one. So much for tolerance, I don't go around sticking pentacles on peoples cars when I see Jesus fish.

I know I shouldn't let it bother me, and I have faced this kind of thing before and I know I'll face it again, but it still stings a little.

The back side of the card had a bunch of condemnation quotes on it. Trying not to let it get to me, but it's upsetting...like a slap in the face for just being who I am.

I know when all is said and done I'll still have my faith, so full of love and lighted with the happiness of knowing the Lord&Lady, and They'll still have their hatred and suffering.

Thanks for dealing with my rant, just had to vent.

I have through the years collected a number of cards of this nature, some placed on my car... others handed to me directly. I have kept them as a humorous reminder that we will always find intolerance wherever we go. These cards can be interesting, because they demonstrate a lack of original thinking.

Well that's not immature at all >__>; I really irks me when people do that sort of thing. And you're right, it's not like we're trying to tell them that their religion is wrong. Whatever happened to peace, love, and understanding. V.V
