This is what you do.
Go to sleep.
If you wake up, go to the bathroom.
Then lay back down.
But don't move. Don't move even to scratch.
If you start to see images in the blackness behind your eyes,
follow those images until an entire scene surrounds you.
Do something like look at your hands or fly.
Say in the dream "I'm lucid dreaming."
If you are coming out of a dream and you are paralyzed,
don't panic,
don't bother trying to move your body,
focus on speeding up your breathing.
That will be enough for your body to wake up and join your mind.
Make it a habit to sleep on your back.
Repeat all your rituals in your dreams.
Work with spiritual energy.
I have a routine that I go through.
For example. I jump off a high wall and fall like a feather, I climb the same wall like a spider. I jump a chasm then I levitate on the other side and then I fly.
