Sick of being condemned to hell.

So i heard this song the other day and i fell in love with it, and it's message.

This sort of thing is getting so old and annoying to me. The more I learn, the more ignorance I see...it's enough to give someone a permanent headache! How can we ever get along when we get attacked for trying to get along? ::sighs::

The guy dressed up as Jesus was a hoot.

I am Pagan, and yet the teachings of Jesus are central to my implementation of the Rede. I've posted on here about how to tell the true teachings of Jesus as opposed to what the gospel writers tried to make him say. Knowing what Jesus said about loving our enemies . . . this guy isn't even close to what he claims to be!!!!!

The first song was beautiful, and I wept a bit over it as well.
I think Jesus liked it too.

Amen Larry!! I feel the same. Jesus didn't ask for all that... I assure you. lol! I don't like it when people depict my "sweet hippie Jesus" as...whatever that was. ;)

Yeah, I am sure that is exactly what he was thinking as he was being nailed to a tree. He was probably thinking "Oops . . . probably shouldn't have made such a fuss at the temple."

He probably knew there might be consequenses for pointing out that people were being taken for a ride by their priests, but I doubt he thought it would be that extreme.

Hm, sounds familiar: "Bring your money to God . . . or he'll be angry at you!" Some things never change.
