Speaking with your spirit guide

Hello everyone! I have been a Wiccan and empathic for a while. In the last year however it seems that I have become more in tune with the spirit world. Recently I have been getting answers from my "spirit guide" through dousing rods. I have used them for about 6 months and have been getting consistent answers. My question is do other people use rods to communicate with their spirit guides? Do other people even communicate with their spirit guides? I guess because it's new it feels very funny and maybe a touch weird lol. Thanks and many blessings to all!!

I speak with my spirit guides during meditation or using spirit boards.

How does one go about getting in touch with their spirit guide? I would love to. Any thoughts?

To get in contact with the spirit guides follow Rev Don#s lessons. They take you step ny step. It is for most of us a slow process afterall it is very weird at first.

O hun that is a good way to communicate with your spirit guide!

I am glad that you both are getting along........and that you are able to communicate with her.

Are you trying to say that you have a spirit attached to your pendulum?

well at times I meditate to talk to mine and at times I can just hear them without making an effort.......I also use a pendulum.

Getting in touch with your guide is a wonderful experience!

I only speak to my spirit guide during astral travelling or in meditation - the former is the only time I was ever answered. I have subsequently stop doing astral travelling and my guide is no longer talking to me but I do have him around me all day every day and his presence are made known to me by a tree swaying down at me or a flower lifting ahead etc.. little odd things - my favourite is probably when I walk underneath trees and he shakes the trees at the exact time for the leaves to come curling down at me... so pretty...

There are those that cant even talk to there spirit guides.......I everyday am very grateful to have my guides here with me and to be able to talk to them.

That is pretty indeed.........I can picture that in my head :)

Thanks for all the replies! I continue to talk to Alice (spirit guide) Just about daily. With the dowsings rods I ask and she answers. I am also working on cummunicating through meditation. Thanks again everyone!

I speak to mine usually during mediation. From time to time it will be more like a "day dreaming episode" If I have a question or need guidance in my life I will ask by~ calling her in with my own bedtime ritual~ as I tuck into bed. She is a women that is a very old in her ways and knowledge ~ but very young and beautiful. She only assists me if it is something important or on a need to know basis. Life would be much more confusing without her!
