Spells for a Teacher

I teach high school, and this is my 3rd year. I love teaching, but I wish my students were more open to really learning and less interested in things that won't even matter in a couple of weeks. Most of my students are good students, but they are very talkative and loud and disrupt others that want to learn but can't learn with the noise. I have been given some challenging students this semester as well. I was just wondering if anybody has any spells that I could do to enhance my students learning and have them reach their full potential in my class as well as a spell to help those with behavior issues. If you don't have a spell or don't know of any spells, then maybe we could work together to create one. Anyway, just wondering and hopeful. Thanks fellow witches. :-)

That which within should be like that inner guideance that you hear in your deepest, happiest dreams. Whenever there is a question to put your heart into it and allow the mighty forces to persue it and confirm to you the magnificence of your ability to create any situation in which you are wanting within. I would strongly urge you to first desire to be more adaptable and secondly to confirm in your own heart of hearts that this is your gretest desire. I suspect that you are indeed on the right path for your inner spirit sings as we write these words to you, we can feel your enormous joy and anticipation for your endevour. Furthermore we agree that your only conquest yet will be the different situations in which you will find yourself coming into.
