My Shrine has chosen the story of Inanna.
I called in Inanna and She/I danced Her descent, underworld struggle and ascent.
Then She/I sent the non-grieving Dumuzi down.
Then attendees made Her offerings of song and physical tokens.
After the working, She/I began a lament and bargained with Her Dark Twin / Sister Self, Ereshkigal for Dumuzi's return.
