Hy... I started studying astronomy and physics not long ago. I work in a hotel that has a small observatory and I already gave some "tours to the stars" showing and explaining Jupiter, Saturn, orions nebulae, andromeda galaxy, double caldwell cluster, albireo, vega and of course the moon.

 

I have a question that up until now no one knows the answer and I would like to know your opinion.

 

There is a lot o theory about black holes... my question is:

 

The same way a star "dies" to supposelly originate a black hole, can a black hole also "die"?

Hey all - I haven't been too active in the past year or so and am just getting back into the swing. Thought I would join this group since it is one of my interests. It is exciting to be able to carve out a little time from my busy life for study!

hi I am amanda or awen whicehver lol. anyway I have been into astronomy since highschool and i am 25 now. I am more into the theoretical astrophysics but also the myths and legends surrounding the heavens and of course i am also into archeoastronomy and i do believe in aliens...to a point :)
