Hmm... Well, if you want to use the Tarot cards to speak with your spirit, then I'd simply use them to ask a question and use whatever spread you feel is most appropriate to the question, and start communicating in that way. I think you'll probably get an answer that fits your needs. However, there are much more efficient and appropriate ways to speak to a spirit, if you want my honest opinion? For instance, you can use a pendulum--and you can make one literally out of anything (heck, a long piece of hair or twine and a ring will work just fine!), and then set it for an answer (right means yes, left means no, or away from you means yes and closer means no, or whatever you want to signify those answers, and still means there is no answer, etc, or just swinging in no real direction means no answer, whatever), then be off on your way. Just because you feel you only have Tarot cards to speak to the spirit doesn't mean you DON'T have other means. You have probably been communicating with the spirit in some form or other during this year, else how do you know it's a "her"?

You could probably get communication if you start speaking and see what happens, or what answers come to you. But you can certainly do as you please--use the Tarot cards, etc. It's really all up to you. If you have a spirit with you, I'm quite certain you have a way to communicate with her. It means you have the ability to do so. She's trying to tell you something, and she may also be trying to teach you that you have a gift. So, learn what you can however you can. Try to learn how to work, with your ability if you can!

No, Tarot is definitely not the only way, but it's something that I feel comfortable starting with. I know it's a her because I can see her inside my mind, though not too clearly. I've tried to talk with her, but sometimes I get confused and begin to wonder - are the answers I'm getting definitely from the spirit or are they from my unconscious? So yeah. Help please :P

Well, IMHO, and FWIW, I think that if you're seeing her inside your mind, you've kinda answered your own question--it would seem to me that she's a part of your subconscious, in a way, and that you're getting the answers from her already, without really trying too hard. I do think that you should be able to get answers from her with any spread you wish to do, but you can probably do so by just pulling a card. Some people, like my own Reiki Master, uses Tarot in this way, just using a card to answer a question--one question--and then builds each question with each card. It's hard to explain sometimes that it's that simple, but you just sorta have to do it and then see how easy it really is--try it, and see how it goes. See what you get, and how you feel.

If it works for you, you know that it's right. If it doesn't feel right, then you know you're the one supplying the answers. The thing is that we use energy when using Tarot, and spirits are made up of energy. So, essentially, it should work to use Tarot cards to do what you're trying to do. I think also that as you build your confidence in both using the Tarot and in seeing her in your mind, you'll build a stronger link with her.

I kinda understated my experiences with her. I can feel her touch me. She held me when I was having a fever and none of my friends picked up the phone to answer me and support me. I've felt her lie down beside me, the bed actually being depressed from someone's pressure as they lie down. I've heard her say my name when I've least expected it - all in my room and my bed. She's not a figment of my imagination.

So that's great! Let me know how your reading goes. I'll be very interested to hear what you get, and how things go. I totally believe you, FWIW. I've been communicating with spirits since I can remember, which is about 3 years old. I've probably been doing it since earlier than that, but that's as early as I can remember, and my parents also recall certain things at about that time--me chatting with "someone" at about that time, quite animated, in the middle of a room, and no one else can see whoever it is. :) I don't doubt that what you're experiencing is quite real. I'm sure that all of us here believe in this, or we wouldn't be here. I am a seasoned paranormal investigator. I've been used to direct investiations. This isn't abnormal for me. So, please don't doubt that I get what you are experiencing. See how the Tarot does for you, and let me know. If there's anything else I can help you with, also please feel free to let me know.
