Many people in different cultures celebrate and use altars. At different times of the year we all celebrate the seasons but even so, we take time out for these celebrations to give respect to those we call our deity. The expressions we put into our alters also shows what is in our hearts. We as people need to share and become a community that expresses our devotion to our deities or deity.

Hello all. Merry Meet. I just joined and I wanted to tell you about my alter. Not only do I have the one on top of my fireplace but I am making a witches cave in the basement for my new alter room. Yes it is my craft room as well; but it is a dedicated alter room too. I hope it stays as pure as possible. I have my candles and crystals down there already. I hope it turns out great. Blessed Be all.
That was lovely and you know I feel about altars..:)
