Altars for the seasons

I been toying around in my head about having a somewhat seasonal Altar. I am working on my Altar with the colors of fall to winter, so it would be interesting to have the bright colors of fall and the calm colors (cold) winter. I am with my other half working on a ancestor altar/side table for in the living room. Been working on alot of ideas...crossing fingers it works.
