Animal Cruelty is a free will choice

Although members of the human race are supposed to act humane, the Supreme Court has also ruled in favor of cruelty to animals in movies. The United States court feels that it is within a person’s rights to depict the torture of animals and show them being crushed and stomped to death. These movies as videos are called; crush videos. Under the U.S. law; a depiction of cruelty was defined as one in which "a living animal is intentionally maimed, mutilated, tortured, wounded or killed for the enjoyment of film."

Should a human being be exempt and exonerated from their inhumane actions? Should they be released from the obligation or liability of their error? I think they should be relieved of remorse but not of responsibility. Every single human being has the free will to determine what is right and what is wrong in this world. Free will is an independent voluntary decision and choice. Free will is what makes a human being responsible for their own actions.

It is as much in human nature to act humane and positive, as it is to be cruel and negative. Human actions have nothing to do with human nature. A human being can choose to act humane, or they can choose to act inhumane.

yes we do have a chose on how we act....people who abuse animals should be treated the same! animals will naturally love their owners and trust them to treat them good.

It is not a question of Animals loving their owners, it is a question of human beings loving animals and accepting that they have equal value on this Earth.

When a human being is encouraged to believe that they are the superior race above all other species, they start to build uncontrollable egos. These ego’s inflate to such enormous proportions that they consume the human mind and stimulate the human race to believe that they are justified in doing whatever pleases them. (This includes, murder, rape, cruelty, intolerance and violence.)

Why is more being done to satisfy human needs, rather than satisfying the needs of all life on the planet? As we move forward to a new era, man must learn to give all life the respect and status that they have long deserved and for so long have been denied. The main excuse for human induced animal cruelty and human induced cruelty of all life on this Earth is the selfish interest of human kind.All children and animals are born innocent, they are the lambs of God and must be protected from the corruptions and the weakness of mankind.

All life is equal . From slug to mankind. Those who deny this fact do not understand that they were made from the energy of the universe and the partials of this Earth the same as all other life forms. To mistreat an animal is no different than to mistreat a human. Both lives are creations of the universe and both lives are equally loved by God. The only difference between man and beast is this; man has the free will to choose his destiny while the beast does not. The beast is innocent its entire life, it must bow down to the weapons and actions of mankind while mankind only has to answer to their own inhumanity’s.

It is time mankind laid down with the animal kingdom, instead of the Wolf and Lion laying down with the lamb.

I agree with you 100% I get so mad @ my neighbors when they tie a dog up and ignore it,never watering it much, never give it any attention. It just makes me sick to see this. People in this town are vary careful what they say in front of me about animals.

God love you. That's funny. You sound like me. I get on all the hunting news story blogs and scare the hunters away. I truly do not like mankind.....I still am trying to figure out what is KIND about them.
