Anavrin, I'm adding your comment to the witch high school's ASG Group discussion that's just like this, if you get a reply there and they don't have a witchschool account or don't know where this is, I will comment back to you on what they've said here =] This will be the same if anyone else adds anything, that way the ASG Group on witch high school can get the links/references as well, but I will give credit to whoever says it =]

I have the Witches Familiar by Raven Grimassi and Animal Magick by D.J Conway. Check these books out.

I recommend reading pretty much anything by Yasmine Gaelnorn. She's great, and she does a TON of witch work with Spirit Guides and Totem Animals. She's got a really good book out called Totem Magick: Dance of the Shape-Shifter, and it's for people who are really serious about doing Totem work. But she has a lot of other works out that deal with Spirit Guides, etc.
