If your friend wants to sell essential oils i'd recommend they get certified in aromatherapy to know about the oils and their benefits and harms.
Google aromatherapy schools online and look into them to decide which one is right for her.
I also recommend stocking up on and reading books on aromatherapy and oils such as
Essential energy by Nikki Goldstein
Aromatherapy 101 by Karen Downes
and Scott Cunninghams book on oils incense and brews.

What I do is this:
I only get my oils from people I trust and know.. I NEVER buy oils from ebay or someone I just search for online. I have built a group of businesses I use only. I have made the mistake in trusting some companies.. I ended up with crappy oils and the labeling was wrong.

I sell EO's and fragrances.. I treat my fragrances the same way.
