Feel free to post anything you guys would like. Im going to post my stuff with a somewhat formatted title that should help people know what they will find in the post.

- Showcase
Images and descriptions of completed artwork.

- Tutorial/Build-along (Don't know which one sounds better.)
Shows how to make something. Images will most likely be added to help people understand.

Cool im going with 30lb paper. Found a nice place near my house and its not too much money. need to figure out how to do the stitching correctly though. Never learned to sew so should be interesting. Ill post some work when its done.

So hows eveyone else doing? got any good projects in the works?

I have used everything from card stock to film paper, depending on what the custome wants. I have found though that a good parchment paper works realy good though.

I don't know how purist you want to be with the BOS but you can buy hinges and they are really pretty inexpensive. I can't imagine that making them would be any less. Here is one place I have bought from before. http://www.americanwoodcrafterssupply.com/wood-crafts-accessories/h... and Hinges

Ill give hinges a try. never tried them before should be to hard though.

Currently I'm doing some book binding as well as a tutorial on carving a tiki.

Can I ask you a question? what type of paper do you use in your books? like 20lb or something higher?

Thank You for the invite to your group. If anyone wants to check out my work you can go to our website in our store i have exaples of previous work. I am also a seeker and mentor with runes and book of shadow crafting if anyone is looking for someone to help them.

I am also always looking for new idea for crafts to exspess my spritual side. I find that while working with these crafts i am able to seek my spirit and find answers that i need.
