why you joined: Because art is my main hobby and it's the only thing I feel like I can actually do well. -_-
what kind of art you like: Pretty much anything. I enjoy digital and sort of a "realistic comic book" style. I love art history and anything from Classical, Medieval, Renaissance, and 17th-19th century stuff interests me. I tend to lean very far away from modern art as I actually do not like it (I have respect for it, I just don't find most of it enjoyable...). I like sketching and painting a lot, but mostly I do stuff digitally on a tablet, I'm in Fine Arts at college taking sculpture and screen printing this year.

Hello I am Celtic Crystal, 38 years old from Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean. I love painting. I love the creative process...any creativity excites me. This is one of my paintings called Basking in my moonlight. Its about the contentment of knowing you follow your inner being.

Merry Meet! My name is Amanda or Mandy
I'm 24.
I joined because I love making art, using it as a way to pay tribute to the ones I believe in, as well as to share tips, get inspiration, and chat with other artists. :)

I make jewelry, create wire art, paint, sculpt with clay, clay cane making, color pencil, graphite, chalk and oil pastel, acrylic and oil painting, and ocassionaly water colors. Surprisingly enough, I haven't attempted mix media art, but I believe that is where I'm headed!

I would love to learn how to do lampworking (glass bead making), stained glass lamps, and encaustic. I love to share anything I know whether it be techniques or color theory so never hesitate to ask. :) I look forward to chatting and sharing with all of you!

hey im jaidyn... or jade... or jj.... i pretty much go by whatever....im 16 in april (14th).... i like to draw... not good enough to used colored pencil but im good with graphite and alot of other mediums just not colored pencil or paint....i love anime... yes it is an art.... even anime is in the artistic section of the non fiction area of my school library

what kind of art you like: Any really. I am, however, partial to traditional forms of art because I myself generally create traditional art such as paintings and drawings. I am also a fan of photography.

why you joined: Because wish to become a professional artist someday and I'm heavily inspired by pagan concepts and philosophies in my work at times.

what kind of art you like: I like everything that is rich in symbolism and quality. There's so many artists to choose from and learn from. I am trying to understand abstract more though, but I'm getting there! I really love working in black and white ink and pen.
