Couldn't get a grip on things until the last six months or so, the meds are working finally. Musical meds are not fun. I still have the ups and downs but they are fewer and farther in between. As long as I take my meds. Believe me I take my meds. I don't like the feeling of not taking my meds. I hope to get to know all of you, I think this will be a positive experience be part of this group.

Additional meds try a Citrine Quartz and rescue remedy when we are with a lot of people. This works for me, maybe will help you.

I started on some meds then went to different ones several times since I got diagnosed. I am with new ones now. Some meds last longer than others for me though. I am now having trouble with my focus while going to school though. I have dyslexia as well and it makes school work a bit difficult.

I have been on a set of meds that really seem to be working for me, and I will keep taking them. because as you say bad things happen if I stop.

Raven Night, I am glad if it is working for you, but it is not worth finding myself in the scary place that going off of my meds takes me. Everyone is different and certain things work for some and not for others.
