Witch School Own Talk Radio Show - 2 Shows Completed

This is my next project, and what it is, is to open up Witch School to those who love audio, who love listening to people talk. I love Radio. So I am going to need help.

The biggest requirement to being on a show or part of one is having a telephone that can remain connected for the time on the show. Meaning people can call in and be guests or question askers.

For people who host, you will need a computer that can allow you to show the switchboard, while actively on the phone.

That's it, for now. If you are overseas from the United States, you will need to be able to call into the USA phone numbers.

We have done two shows, expanded out to one hour and I have committed to one week of Daily Shows next week.

Sounds like a great idea - count me in for talk time from the South of England here - as previously said, I have experience of working as a DJ at one of my local radio stations, and think I could help!

Yeah, I'm fairly confident that Skype can be reconfigured to do just that!

Great....I am doing a noon show next wed. which will be 6-7pm in your time zone. Call in and we will do a quick bit, and if that works we will know we have a exceptional tool, and we can discuss shows. If Skype works well, and I suspect it will, then we have the makings of a Global show.

Also while I think it is great to do a bunch of individual shows in this system, the more we can have under a Witch School Banner the better, as it will draw in attention, in a concentrated area.

Oh absolutely - I think it needs to be under the Witch School banner. . . that has to be the priority if we're to increase the Pagan profile worldwide.

I think that 5 days a week may be a bit much. Maybe 2-3 days a week would be a more realistic and sustainable goal. As a listener I find it hard to keep up with shows that are on every day.

Apologies for not phoning through as promised - I had the Skype set up, I was listening in (great by the way!) and then as I was about to phone. . . my 17 month old daughter woke and came in screaming!

I thought you might not find that overly helpful while you're trying to run a successful show!
