As the equinox welcomes the bounty of harvest, I find myself surrounded by the sweet smells of herbs in all corners. Already in jars in the cupboard are yarrow, sage, and peppermint. On the dry today: oregano, feverfew and chamomile. More sage, along with amaranths, basil, parsley, burdock and comfrey are coming in the next week.

Using herbs is my favorite... I have soooo many.... just love everything about the smells, textures, etc :)

Thank you Rev. Sherry Cooper when you find out anything can you also include the list for IBS herbal teas I would greatly appreciate it and bless you this can be horrible at times.

I would follow herbs that would be helpful to IBS since sometimes they are similar. I will do some research and lets see what we can come up with.
