A Strong banishment needed!

As a Hedge-witch of at least a decade's standing, I have exhausted every avenue in dealing with a certain individual who has cost me untold grief in terms of work opportunities, slander on my own reputation, my relationship with close friends, and my social standing.
Some years back, this individual moved to my own town from another town 40 miles away, and has cheated their way quite openly into a number of successive jobs in a specialist skilled area, that I had originally been promised due to my exceptional talents and recognition in that particular line of work.
During this time, the individual, who BTW also has a criminal record for fraud, has spread slander and ill-rumour about myself (even once threatening me with physical violence), and continually lied to a succession of managers at a number of different sites about an inflated number of qualifications and talents they do not in fact have, and has colluded with other individuals with past criminal backgrounds in attacking my own flawless reputation, so succeeding to very nearly make me look like the criminal; and so on and so on; you get the picture.

Over the past 5 years, I have tried any number of spells to 'expel' or banish the individual 'X' from the employers, where 'x' has spread poison about me: my spells have ranged through the whole gamut from buckets of friendly reconciliatory spells such as gifts to placate or change individual 'x' for the better, to unashamed 'Banishments' or spells for discord between Individual X and the management, mainly based on strategic planting of anointed seals of the Spirits as detailed in the Goetia.
In some cases the spells worked, but only up to a point; the most successful ones were where banishments worked for up to a year, as 'X' went off to work at a site many miles away, but only for them to 'boomerang' back again on more than one occasion back to the same company or site where they are currently fastened as secure as a limpet again; just recently, there is considerable rumor and evidence that 'X' is taking drugs, and even using bribery to maintain their position within the employer.

Before you ask me if I have tried 'all the legal methods' to deal with 'X', yes, indeed I have tried, and exhausted every known legal and paralegal method, whether legal advice, mediation, reasoning with managers, even reporting 'X' to police when he threatened violence; the really cunning thing about 'X' is that they seem to know how far they can push things to make my life a miserywhile stopping just short of criminality.

I don't know if the above sad story rings familiar to any other users of the Forum, but I would be grateful for any concrete advice (No platitudes, please) about how to end this situation once and for all: 'X' is, and never will a person who will be reconcilable with myself and the majority of service users at the employer, and my best option is to come up with a truly failsafe, watertight Banishment Spell which will move 'X' out of the local area altogether, and either move them a LONG way away (e.g. abroad, preferably an ocean away, as there are plenty of such jobs abroad), or entirely change their career, but even then to move out of the immediate local area. One option which I have even considered is merely moving abroad myself and starting a new life; however I have NO MONEY to pay for relocation (while incidentally 'X' is raking it in, partly due to tax-fraud,and YES, I have reported 'x' to the Revenue people), so the ideal solution would be for 'X' to go and myself to stay, for better or worse.

In addition, FYI, I do not know where 'X' lives, as they appear to be of no fixed address to avoid tax, and if I started trying to find out, that would arouse suspicion with 'X' or possible friends of 'X'. I do, however, know X's name and D. O. B., and I have 'physical link' materials of 'X' so I have a fair number of 'ingredients' for any spell. The premises where 'X' is currently working is also a public building with freely public access for several hours each day, although it is also closed at certain times/days.

Having detailed all that I think is sufficient, I hope some of you can advise...
