I might try thinking of specific and positive things to the people and events that make you upset. Start retraining your mind to generate positive energy towards all people, regardless of your judgements on their behaviors or personality.

The thing to practice is controlling your anger and thoughts. This is not easy, but in time you will master it. To start practicing, when you are alone, blank your mind. If you start to think of something, dont get discouraged, blank it again. It will take time. When you get angry, stop and blank. You can do it. The Goddess and God as well as us do not think you are evil. You just need to control yourself. Practice is all that will help my friend.

Permalink Reply by storyweaver on December 13, 2010 at 5:32pm Meditation....and intent. Anger is normal. You have to learn how to bless it and let it go. Intention is key in everything. If you get angry at someone use your intention to bless them and wish them the very best. This takes practice because our first impulse as humans is to strike out. but because of who you are you must learn to control this impulse and rise above it. Medtitaion will help you focus that anger into something good.
And no, you are not evil.
