intervening energy?

Bright Blessings everyone.I had a weird experience casting a spell for travel. I tried very hard to concentrate and to bind the spell, but it seemed as though there was some negative energy pushing back at me making me feel weak. I lit the candle every day until it was spent to try to strengthen the spell, but I felt I was not strong enough to set the spell into motion. The spell energy was very weak. I went on my trip, the flight was delayed because of a faulty altimeter, we had to rush through the terminal where the connecting flight had waited for us. On the way back I twisted my knee and actually tore the cartilege, and had to be transported through the the airport and to the car at the end of the trip in a wheelchair, and ended up in August having surgery on my knee. Does it happen that sometimes spells just are not meant to be? Or was I just too weak to combat the negative energy? Or would it possibly have been worse if I had not made the spell at all?

Sometimes a spell can go wrong.

I guess so. I was just aware that as I was trying to cast the spell, there was a lot of contra-energy hitting me. I feel now that if I had done it in a group setting there may have been enough energy raised that could have made a difference to the outcome of the spell.

Sometimes it was just ment not to be.I rarely do spells for travel especially if it's a few days off. When I do a spell etc for travel it is usually a few hours before I leave...your entire being is involved,energy,physical energy,mind and unconciouss.
(everything is at a peak).The time I do travel things is best for me just before...whatever time etc works for you just follow your instincts.But instantly after reading your message...I felt it was just ment to be.The question is...What happend at the airport? Do you feel the delay had an unknown reason?....I always ask myself these and a few more questions when spells don't seem to work out so well......

I felt no energies amok at the airport. At first I thought, so this is what the resistance was all about, I couldn't have prevented this no matter how I tried - I just knew something was going to go wrong. It was more a focused than just a general apprehension. At the gate we didn't know what was wrong with the plane all they said was"technical difficulties." It wasn't until they finally let us board that we were told by the pilot that one of the altimeters had broken and we couldn't take off until it was replaced. I guess they have three and all have to be in working order before they're allowed to take off. Maybe a premonition?

I am glad to hear it...I feel awful I forgot to ask about the trip...lol.I am happy you had a good time. I have a friend that went on a trip and had a hoorid time...so I'm very glad to hear you had a good one. If I don't hear from you or vise versa ...Merry Yule!
