Comment by virgogirl on May 18, 2012 at 10:32am The hazelnut cookies are very delicious. They are easy to make and I really like to eat them. Have a great weekend and have fun.
Comment by Shadow Witch on May 18, 2012 at 6:56am Oh Hazelnut cookies, yum.
Comment by virgogirl on May 17, 2012 at 12:59pm Here is a good recipe for some Hazelnut Cookies:
Ingredients: Half of a cup of magarine, 2/3 of a cup of brown sugar (packed), half cup of corn syrup, one cup of flour and a cup of hazelnuts which have been chopped.
Instructions: Preheat the oven. You will be baking these cookies in an oven that has been preheated to 375. Meanwhile, put the margarine, brown sugar and the corn syrup into a saucepan. Over medium heat you should heat these ingredients just until the mixture is fully boiled. After that, take the saucepan away from the heat and stir in the hazelnuts and the flour. After that, the batter that you now have should be kept warm. You can do this by putting the pan down in a bowl of hot water. Grease a cookie sheet and start putting spoonfuls of the batter onto the sheet. I always bake these cookies three inches apart for about five minutes. You will get 4 dozen cookies out of this recipe so it's a good recipe to use if you are going to celebrations/parties and you'd like to bring baked items. Have fun and enjoy!!
Comment by virgogirl on May 17, 2012 at 11:27am It's great to have you here. I like to cook as well and bake things. I am planning on posting a couple of recipes here. I am trying to decide on which ones to post and there are quite a few to choose from!! I like sweets, so one of them will likely be either some type of a baked item or a dessert.
Comment by Shadow Witch on May 17, 2012 at 10:49am I think that all our practices develop over time. I would of never thought that I would ever be interested in Kitchen Witchery and now I'm finding myself part of a group that does this. I love to bake, cook, and make things. And those loves have led me here.
