Directions
Put flour on board and add salt and pepper. Dip your boneless chicken breast in the milk and egg solution and then place on board and coat the chicken with the flour, salt, and pepper. Heat pan with butter and place your chicken on it. Cook until done, add more butter if needed. Once done take out off pan and put on plate. Clean you pan again, add butter, and then pour heavy whipping cream into pan and add Dijon mustard to pan, let it get hot, and then add chicken to it and let it soak into the chicken. Remove chicken and pour sauce over it.
