I have a still that I have used for the first time. I added water, lemon verbena and placed the still on the proper heat setting. The result was a white liquid that has a very strong lemon smell. Now what do I do with the liquid?

i would think to keep it in a dark glass bottle with dropper

Merry Meet DevinHawk,

I agree. Put it in a tinted bottle with an orifice reducer. If you do not plan on using it for a while I would not put a reducer or dropper in the bottle as the rubber can be eaten away by the oils leaving bits of rubber in your oil. Keep your bottles in a low heat and low light area but not the refrigerator or freezer as that can be dangerous to the oils as well.

The only other piece of advice I have on storage is to know your bottles. I learned the hard way that some do not seal really well and will leak if they are not stood upright. When it is a pure and premium essential oil like a Rose, Jasmine, or German Chamomile that kinda sucks as they cost a fortune.(I do not buy these oils very often, when I do it is for my clients and I use them sparingly. :D)
