That sounds like a really tough situation. Perhaps you've already tried this, but my advice would be to sit down with her and explain your point of view and perhaps try to reach a compromise. It sounds like while she does object to your beliefs, she cares a lot about you and wants what's best for you. Sometimes just talking can help. I hope that thing work out for you.

thank u for ur advice, but she will not be moved. i have considered moving out but i dont have the means to right now,she has me in a bit of a bind as i am sick right now and really unable to live alone. i dont know what to do. give up my things and sneak and practice??

I faced a similar situation with my mom, and I talked to her about my beliefs. She soon realized that wicca was in fact helping me. So, just sit down and talk to her; tell her in a calm and collected tone of voice what you believe in is not evil and is in fact positive.

Inform her without raising your voice of crying, all the facts about wicca and how it helps you to cope with life and stress. You will do great, but don't stop practicing your beliefs, just make a compromise. That way you harm none in what you do.

Hey. I will keep you in mind and in my prayers.And also,As stated earlier try talking to her.And explain that your stuff is in fact not evil.And also tell her youll keep your stuff some where private where it wont even be around her.And explain to her that you love her but you have your beliefs also...

What exactly do you you have in the house that she sees as evil? Is there any place you can work out doors? You don't need alot of 'stuff' to practice. The alters are nice, but they are not always needed. You can also use things that don't scream Wicca. For a time, I used my candles. I also used pink and blue candles for the Goddess and the God. Things like that can be kept in plain sight and never be seen as evil. Small statues or really anything can be used to represent anything you need. That way, you can do what you need to do and your grandmother will be happy! Good Luck! Blessed Be!
