Comment by Aspen Gale on October 19, 2011 at 8:25pm: I am starting to find out that meditation works quite well to quiet the mind. Eating well and getting plenty of sleep. Just being as healthy as possible and trying to catch myself when thinking negatively. I'll try to counter with it not being true. Looking at things through the Tarot also is helpful to relieve excess worry. If something bad looks like it is coming up I also ask the Tarot what might be done to counter it.

I also have a ton of other workbooks I could be working that are in the same arena. I feel like I need to sell all my books and start over.
