I am starting to find out that meditation works quite well to quiet the mind. Eating well and getting plenty of sleep. Just being as healthy as possible and trying to catch myself when thinking negatively. I'll try to counter with it not being true. Looking at things through the Tarot also is helpful to relieve excess worry. If something bad looks like it is coming up I also ask the Tarot what might be done to counter it.

The course was full of coping skills that work. I still have my binder from the class and acertificate for completing it. It will really help you. It also includes meditation...

I have a book I got at the book store that is a workbook on Dialectual Behavior Therapy. It looked like a good idea. I haven't gotten on it yet. I also have a ton of other workbooks I could be working that are in the same arena. I feel like I need to sell all my books and start over.
