I agree, Amelia--I get like that, too. Having FMS, CFS, and Lyme, it does the same thing to me. The depression that can accompany it from being sooooo tired, it gets me the same way, but getting up and doing things, kinda "fakin' it till you make it" will really help a lot! Meds can be a great "crutch" to get out of that cycle if you need them, and if you don't, that's always fine, too... But go down that road too long, and you will. So recognize it, and realize there's more help if you need it. But talking and recognizing the feelings, too, is a big step! :)

Yeah it makes sense, I often feel the same way. It'll pass, they always do fortunately. Forcing your self to do your things is definayely a good idea. I hope you feel better soon. You have our support when you need it.

I love ya too Jen,
And Ive been having problems getting everyday things done..
It's like I don't care anymore when i really do deep inside,,
So I guess im going to have to just start getting up and forcing myself to do them cause i always feel allot better when i do them.Does this make any sence?

No one here is alone--that's the purpose of this group. I'm sorry you are dealing with so much. You have a lot going on, but we're all here for you. I'm sending out lots of love and light your way!

Milli, I'm glad you found something that helped. Sometimes, it's just getting up and forcing ourselves to do the things we need to do that makes us feel better, and putting our whole hearts into those actions!

You are never alone ... we all have been thru or going thru the same as you. i have BPD, ADHD and PTSD which i am learning how to deal with each of them. yes i have my up and down days where i feel worthless and useless but i have friends that remind me that i have alot that i do and lives that i touch each day.

Hi,
I just wanted to introduce myself.... My name is Amelia.. I'm 22.. I found out when i was 19 that i was schizophrenic and bi polar.. And I wanted to say that it is VERY hard to live with and to accept. And I was wanting to join this group i thought maybe i would get something out of it to help me..

Thank you, Gail and Jen. I spoke to my therapist and he suggested that I use my beads. This seemed futile. However, today I did try something else he had suggested early in my Year and a Day. He had taught me the Cherokee Dance of Life. It took me forever to get it right, nearly six months. This morning I was feeling miserable as I have been all week. I put on some music and began to get the urge to get up and practice the Dance. I closed the blinds and put my whole heart into it. I felt so much better when I was finished. It is a really great practice when you want to be between the worlds. I even went as far as casting a circle prior to doing the steps. This kept my dogs from bugging me as I moved around the room.

It's amazing how the skills we learn on this journey can help us in our trials. I definitely felt the presence of the Goddess.
