I think Small Gods is my favorite one. Who can resist a book that makes fun of religion and philosophy at the same time?
Oh anything Night Watch related. Thud was my first discworld book and has a special place in my heart.

Small Worlds is definitely one of my top favorites, probably second on my list and for the same reason you gave, but my ultimate favorite would be 'Thief of Time'. I want more books with Susan and Lobsang together. I want them to become one of the canon couples in the Discworld series and there were hints at the end of the book that they might be, but only hints and that's going to drive me absolutely crazy until the next Death and Susan-centered book comes out and I can find out if Prachett had any real plans to put the two of them together in future books.

For everyone else, was there any really specific scene or character or relationship or running joke that you especially liked in whatever your favorite book is? Beyond the Susan and Lobsang relationship, I also really liked the scenes of Wen 'The Eternally Surprised' with his student, how Lu-Tze had his 'Way of Mrs. Cosmopolite', and the Auditors of Reality with their pure literal-mindedness and need to measure everything. So?
