it could just be a coincedence, most likely she made them up. they don't sound like real spells would.

I don't believe that Rowling is a witch. Of course Americans might not consider the Church of England a real church.

I am a Christened member of the Church of England but I am still a Witch and follow a Spiritual lifestyle. The one does not necessarily exclude the other. Most Brits are Christened/Baptised into the C.O.E. or the Catholic faiths in their first month, It doesn't get rescinded unless you are excommunicated. LOL
