Currently reading Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett. Also just finished Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins and The Reckoning by Kelley Armstrong. Mockingjay is the final book of the Hunger Games, which is an amazing series that I highly recommend.:)

Greetings Rayn-Blossym,
What a pretty name you have. How do you like Pillars of the Earth? Are there any pagan these in this? My first impression was that it was a mostly Christian story, but I could be wrong.

I may take another look at this if it relates to paganism.

I'm currently reading Life and Death are Wearing Me Out by Mo Yan. It's about an Chinese aristocrat who is murdered during the rise of communism and is reincarnated in different animals. He keeps all of his memories of his old lives while watching the people he knew and the changes in his country.

Greetings all!
I am new to the group and hoping to find some new reading ideas for fiction. I have read Zimmer-Bradly, Diane Paxson and a few others. Right now I am in the middle of a mystery fiction series by David Hewson and am reading the book called "The Garden of Evil." David Hewson is a great writer and ever since the first book in this series I have felt a bond with the main characters, who of course are detectives.

I am also reading a nonfiction book which I recommend highly which is called "The Strange Case of Hellish Nell" which is the true story of the last witch tried in London in the 1940s. You should check this one out!

Did I mention I am a librarian? I love books!
