It is easy. I started with butterick pattern b5233. It has about 5 different types of shoes. I looked on the back for types of material needed and any extras. Then I made cloth ones before the move to see how easy it was. I want to get some soft but sturdy leather to make my next set. The pattern walks you all the way through. You can order it online if you don't have a store that sells it. It is here http://butterick.mccall.com/b5233-products-7495.php?page_id=916 and it is on sale.

Sara, I have made cloth ones. I am planing on getting some leather and making a pair of boots. It will be a while till I can do it seeing as we just moved.

Hi. I'm just getting acquainted with every one. I'm a lover of all things crafty. No pun intended. I sew, crochet, knit, write, draw.....and the list goes on and on. If I've not attempted it yet, give me time.
