Rune Dice

Does anyone use rune dice? I just purchased a set of futhark 3 dice which are 8 sided. They haven't arrived yet for UK, I live in the USA. So I am not sure how to read them. My intial thought is a 9 rune spread, with 3 rolls of the dice. I am very connected to Dragons and I expect my Dragon guides to give me push in the right direction. But was hoping this group might have some information.

MM, Runestar! I've seen a friend of mine has those rune dice, same friend that uses mostly runes for divination. I've not had a chance to ask him to show me how to use them but I've had some theories on how we can interpret them. We can always go back to the 3-rune spread if we're viewing the top 3 runes as soon as the dice fall from your cupped hands. Do you do the Past-Present-Future reading? If you're talking about a 9-rune spread, would you be considering them individually or even spell them as the "letters" reveal themselves to form into an actual word? I for one, don't like to overthink as it almost always complicate things and make me more confused. BB.
