Just a quick note to let everyone know that we (David and I) are no longer in the area. We moved to the Mid West so going to any Seattle area gatherings will be a bit difficult for us now. LOL

any ideas on a good day for us all as far as Fall goes? Any places in mind? If we can find a middle group for everyone, I think that would be helpful on all of us "Gas wise". My schedule is wide open for October. :)

Hi and Welcome back - to everyone, it seems we have a few people on the Peninsula, about 1.5-2 hours from Seattle. Who is interested in finding a place we can do a meetup maybe on a Saturday or Sunday in the Fall?

Hail and well met everyone! I am back from my road-trip from Northwest FL to Northwest WA. I am safe with my 3 kitties and well. Just recovering. :) Right now the thing at the forefront of my thoughts is trying to figure out how to get my "Circle/Collective" going in my hometown. I don't really know where to start and I feel a little lost. The only thing I can think of is to try and do my best to network. I'm not certain I want to just pin up fliers right now announcing my "Collective" to see who bites. *shrugs* If you have ideas I'd love to hear them. :)

You're welcome Rev. Martin. Sorry I haven't been around since my initial first post, but I bring good tidings with me! I will be returning to Washington sooner than anticipated! I will be returning sometime this next month (September). :D
I am bringing a great deal back with me as I am NOW a Master/Teacher of Reiki, a practitioner of Galactic Healing, and a bit more of a confident teacher in general in the fields of specialize in as far as teaching Self-enrichment classes/discussions go. I will be moving back to the Mason County area since I have no money and living back with my mother is my only option. I am fine with this though since I would love to be at home helping my mom and looking after her as she is now 65 yrs old. :)
I have big plans for when I get back all ready and raring tah go! One of the first things I'd like to do when I get back is try and start a special Meet-up group in my small Hometown of Shelton. I know there have to be other Pagans living there not to mention those who feel like "The Odd One Out" in a community that has like 10 churches within 100 mil radius (not counting they have just as many banks it seems). Plus I'm hoping by starting something like this to meet like once a week to once a month or every two weeks or so might help "Spark" something positive for my hometown. Unemployment is at 20% and it's hard to find work if there are NO new businesses moving in. I'm thinking of possibly opening a shop as well eventually in the heart of the town, but time and Spirit (willing) will tell. :) One piece at a time. So if anyone lives in that general area of WA or otherwise (like if you might be interested coming for visits!) I would be very happy to help me "Spark" something positive.

Thanks, Gwendolynn, for checking in - your energy for getting together is great! Myrna, I will be happy to look around here for a venue for a social get together - I suspect if we nail something down and announce the date and place we may get more energy moving on it. I would also be glad to come to Tacoma. How about if we both get on it and compare notes on what we find for something when the weather turns? If I turn up something indoors sooner I will let both groups (this and Yahoo) know.

Hail and well met Brothers and Sisters!
I hail originally from the state of Washington. I was actually Born in Seattle and spent most of my young life around the area or in it. It wasn't until college that I actually spent 2 years living in downtown. My favorite place in down town in Pike Place Market, The Crumpet Shop, and any of the little Metaphysical Shops we have. I am currently living in NW Florida and will be returning sometime this year if not this next year sometime during the winter. That being said, mayhaps some of us will we able to throw a "Meet and Greet" sometime in the future where I may be able to attend.
