There is one in Florida:

WHAT: SAMHAIN FLORIDA PAGAN GATHERING
WHEN: November 5-8, 2009
WHERE: Camp Ocala, FL
Join over 500 pagans for the largest pagan festival in Florida, among the live oak trees in a nature park. Hot showers, washers and dryers, flush toilets, plenty of tent space and cabins available. Even a resident alligator!

After this one, there really aren't any in the South planned yet until Moondance in Dragonhills next Memorial Day. Sometimes they add new gatherings once the year starts. That's it for this year though.
