We have formed a social leadership team, a fairly small and private group. I am sharing this to see what people think of the idea and their mission, as I am developing documents to help formulate a greater focus for all our members -- Ed H.
WSI Social Leadership Team – One Page Statement

Mission: To provide leadership by creating connections between individuals, groups, and organizations worldwide, in order to create content streams, contacts and inform as many people as possible, at as many levels as possible, with whatever tools and platforms are required to a maximum number of people. By creating these connections, we are able to tap into the vast resources of our community when needed and as required.
Purpose: To create connections that allow the Pagan message, our rights and our ideas, to be put forth into the marketplace of ideas, and allow us the tools needed to maximize our efforts to contact, reach, and inform people for whatever need the community has. By using social media and other online tools, we can create opportunities to improve the number of readers to our blogs and websites, viewers to our audio and video offering, and attendees to our events. In times of emergency we can act as the alert system and reach the largest number of people who can act at the fastest possible rate. By doing so, we act as Social leaders, giving form and structure to the communication side of the Pagan community.
Objective 1: To create educational channels such as Witch School, to provide an anytime, anywhere to anyone education about Paganism and Magick.
Objective 2: To create entertainments such as Pagans Tonight Radio and Magick Tv, to provide regular contact with as large as an audience as possible.
Objective 3: To use Social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, Myspace and others in an intelligent way to attract and market to an audience, and use them as funnels into our main websites, such as Witch School, Magick Tv, and Pagans Tonight, and the websites of our members, friends, and allies as needed.
Objective 4: By creating a continuous 24/7 system of online and social communication, that we can act when called upon by the community, to inform, notify, and get into action people needed in any important task and critical emergency, as quickly as possible among the largest number of people.
Objective 5: By creating trust and focus to our communications, we can and do get people to act as we need, including becoming site members, listening and viewing our shows, liking and passing along links, buying goods we sell, buying advertising, sharing information, make donations, attend events, and other actions as needed and required for our overall health.
Objective 5: To create a sustainable, self-reliant, and affordable system that will allow us to carry out our mission and all our objectives, in order to fulfill our state purpose.
In Closing: WSI Social Leadership team was and is created to lead our community into the 21st century, using all the methods, tools, and platforms at our disposal in a cooperative way that allows each of us to become the best possible leader we can be, and as a team to be able to make a difference across the world and in our communities where we live.
