I only got one reply last time but onwards and outwards!

The next card is The Magician. In my three decks, The Magician is shown as;

Guilded- A robed man with a pentacle, cup, wand, and sword floating in his hands.

Deviant Moon- A 4 armed man. In each hand is a different item, a wand, a pentacle, a sword, and the last hand has one finger dripped inside of a cup. He is performing his magic in front of an audience.

Olympus- Zeus. He has removed a mask and his is controlling puppets, the easiest to see are a swan and a bull, forms that Zeus has taken before.

The Magician, to me, is a sign of you have everything you need , so now you need to put it into practice. This highly masculine card shows you know you have the skills, the talent, and the backbone to do it.

Reversed- You have the materials you need, but you are lacking that spark. You are missing the most important ingredient- you! You have to have faith that you are ready to move on!

Questions- What does this card mean to you? Is it highly masculine to you? Why/Why not?

I definitely agree with you here James on your description of the Magician. It has been a while since I have picked up my deck, but when I do I am always drawn to this card. Along with your definition I also feel this is a card of Spiritual balance. The Magician has all the tools he needs to manifest what he wants but he also has to know balance. He walks between the worlds knowing both light and dark but balances these forces so they can be put to use appropriately.

Just my take on the card. Enjoyed reading this and look forward to more post like this.
