A Spell to enhance student learning and student behavior

I hope someone will pass on some spells or information too because I teach middle school and I fell the same way you do...we could really need some magical help! :)

The BEST spells are those you create yourself, that way you know the intent that went into that spell.
There are some general use spells that can increase focus, and learning, but to influence someone to do something that they normally wouldn't do is against free will.
The best thing is to cleanse your classroom, and add a spell that would protect against unwanted interference &/or protect the learning environment that you wish to have there. This way it's not interfering with free will, but strengthening the true reason for the classroom.

I agree with Kira on this one, as you shouldn't really be able to change their behavior or want to pay attention due to free will, however if the environment surrounding them is a peaceful and welcoming one then perhaps they'll be more apt to getting the attitude towards learning that way. As well as just cleansing the space i'm sure will give you peace of mind...

Light a white candle at your altar and anoint yourself with your favorite perfume or essential oil

Stand at your altar and take 3 deep breaths
I conjure thee O Circle of Protection and Learning So that you will be for me a boundary between all negativity and all that is dear to me, A safe place of perfect love trust peace and motivation to learn and participate in this sacred space containing those I wish to teach, motivate and protect here in. I call upon the Guardians of the East, South West and North to aid me in the construction of this circle. In the name of the Golden God and Silver Goddess, Thus do I conjure thee, O great circle of Protection and learning.

With your finger or wand or enchanted pen…. imagine in vivid detail a glowing circle in front of you…….see swirls of cosmic and earthly powers…..see all the stars of the universe swirling in those gorgeous colors……hear the universe……hear the tinkling of the stars…..laughter of the spirit guides welcoming you……feel the electric pull coursing through your heart, body, mind and soul……
And now step into the swirling circle…..feel the connection between heaven and earth…..you are one with the entire universe…..feel the power……notice what you see and hear and feel……open up to this awesome power…..bask in it……emerse yourself at the cellular level……feel this awesome wonderful energy filling every tissue, every vein, every cell, and all the space inbetween…….

Step out of the circle…….Step back inside and re rinse yourself in that beautiful glow……bask in this energy of love….tap your heart…..sit back down……..close your eyes…….let your spirit float a little into the future…..about a year from now…..what do you see……what glimpses do you see at intervals into that future? ……..Let love guide you……come back to this moment……how do you feel…….use this feeling of loving awesome power to live your life from moment to moment…..open your eyes….breath in…….
Stand up and step out of your circle……….bring your hands to the edges of the circle and bring that energy into your hands……compress and contain this living energy into a ball between your hands……to the size of a quarter…..a superbouncyball……place your circle in your spirit pocket located at your solar plexus (or into your wand or enchanted pen)….can you feel its energy…..at your solar plexus……ready for use when ever you need it next……when you see your students entering the room…..secretly pull it out and spread the circle in front of you stand in your circle of excellence…..let students step into your circle filled with loving respectful energy…..let them breath in your love…nd the knowledge you want to share....let this energy emerse all cells….and the spaces between each and every cell…..let your spirits merge as one in this powerful circle of learning…….tap your heart gently while you are talking to them……let your words tinkle like the stars that are swirling around and between you and your students…..let the spirit guides whisper into your ears…..let your hearts and minds listen……and know that when all of you are apart…..this pure loving energy circle is within always……wherever you may be…..filling your lives with knowledge, respect, self discipline, self motivation and love.
Change the words and you can use this for so many situations….heal the past, manifest the present and create the future.
