This is not a full list of all herbs that will grow in a cold climate and I’m sure you will find others that suit your climate. You can create micro climates in your garden that will enable you to grow others.
Note: If you live in an area where you receive heavy frosts you will need to provide some protection for your herbs. It is best to plant your susceptible plants in one space and to surround them with a hessian fence or grow them in pots so you can transfer them to somewhere under cover.
