looking for wiccan or pagan meal blessing help please

I am looking for a pagan or wiccan blessing to give before meals. my husband was raised in a cathloic family and is wanting us to start giving a blessing before meals since we have a child now. any sugestions would be much appricates

If I'm not mistaken, there is one in either Wicca or Living Wicca by Scott Cunningham. Of course, you could always make your own or look one up on the web.
