"When I get sick I use herbal tinctures in orange juice. I don't know of any herbal recipes but I do have some herbal teas I can add."

"Normally for me I just cleanse them. I run them under water and smudge them with cedarwood incense since I can't really burn a lot in my house. In a pinch I'll use Lavender or Dragon's blood. Any stone can be cleansed and re blessed.…"
