Merry meet, merry part, and merry meet again, my friend!

I am an 18 year old very eclectic pagan I don't, as a rule, identify myself as Wiccan, because I donot feel that I am. I am far more comfortable just calling myself a pagan, because I'm not thegreatest at following the guidelines set by others, especially if they run contrary to what Imyself believe. I do, however, completely embrace all religions, and try my best not to make knee-jerkjudgements. I believe that as long as your belief systems make you happy and feel you with peace,you are welcome to them. Just don't preach at me.I follow a very heavily element-based belief system, while also embracing the Lord and Lady, inequal measure. You could say that I try to make my belief system one of balance, and indeed, theconcept of balance is very important to me.Oh yeah, and as for the reason for my rather generic sounding name, which in fact hasa lot of meaning to me. I identify very strongly with the element of earth, am an earth sign in fact,and enjoy being connected to our mother earth. As for the childe, it is because that I hope thatI will never quit seeking more knowledge and questioning that which I do not understand. I hopeto always have the candid and enchanted nature of a child, which the maturity and stablility of theearth. If I ever find myself not wondering and questioning, not being in awe of the world and theway it works, then I know that something is wrong, and I have some serious work to do.
