whereabouts in CT? I'm ordained through ULC, but I would have to check with the state laws about how to register. I live in Putnam, which is on the mass/rhode island border.

Are you a Witch School Supporting Member?
I am a lifetime student. I just completed the First Degree lessons, and am continuing on to become clergy. I am aiming towards getting my Third Degree to start a shrine in my area.
What Experience in Paganism/Wicca would you like to share?
I first learned about Paganism (Shamanism) when I was about 9 years old, or so, and since I can remember, I would have prophetic dreams. I started studying astrology and palmistry at about 11 or 12, and became a practicing Pagan at about 17. My beliefs were always Pagan, although I was raised Catholic. I believe my upbringing made it easier to accept what I did believe, since Catholocism has a god/goddess format, and deities in the form of saints for different needs.

More about Me: I tend to be dark in my tastes of art, music, movies and books, but I’m not necessarily morbid. I’m not really into horror movies, but will watch them sometimes, depending on the movie. I prefer psychological thrillers or ghost movies (which I really like) as opposed to slasher films like “The Hills Have Eyes” or “Hostel,” both of which I hated. Favorite books of mine: The Orphan Tales by Catherine Valente is probably my favorite series, along with the Earth’s Children series by Jean M. Auel. Valente’s work is more indicative of my taste-something full of despair and tragedy, artfully written, but it has a happy ending. I am an artist, and I appreciate fine work in any expressive form. I write poetry and have been oil painting for most of my life. I am currently going to college for fine art, with hopes to become an art teacher in a few years….(maybe)

Summer is here and there is so much to do :)

Posted on June 20, 2010 at 3:00pm 1 Comment

Summer is here-my son's last day of school was last Thursday, and I will be continuing to homeschool my oldest. My almost three year old is going to be attending summer preschool for continuing aba therapy and speech for autism treatment. So, for the summer, I have decided to start my two oldest with some formal Wiccan education. My oldest son has been rather eager to start, and my middle son has begun to express interest as well. I'm going to start by exposing to them the Wiccan Rede and… Continue

Going Back to College :D

Posted on August 13, 2009 at 7:50am 4 Comments

I'm so psyched! I'm going to be going back to school this fall, after having to take some time off due to my divorce.I was initially a little bit bummed because I won't be going back for fine art (I can't get any help with daycare to go to school during the week), but I will be going back to an accelerated degree program to get my bachelor's in elementary education, which I started already a little while back. This program is only on Saturdays (although it is 11 hours-5 hours each class, and a… Continue

Hey, no one said they had to be a certain color. You can still dress pretty dark. I've worn pleated pants before, and while I must say they are stylish and do get the ladies at times, I'm more for my jeans and band tee look. Or wearing camo on occasion.

Still, you will do just fine dear. Even if you have to force a few smiles, and begrudgingly put on your clothing for the day. : )

Not too bad at present. Making due, getting by. Just contemplating things as always, as I am wont to do. And yourself dear?
